Dan Curran is a Podesta Group staff assistant, working specifically to support the firm’s PR practice and business development team. In this role, Dan provides key event and logistics assistance for client advocacy and grassroots and grasstops campaigns. He also conducts research and prepares press lists and other support for media outreach efforts.
Before joining Podesta Group, Dan worked in Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-NV) press “war room” and gained valuable experience as an aid to CNN’s Political Unit. His other experience includes stints on the campaign trail for Sen. Jack Reed (D-RI) and President Barack Obama, as well as a position with Rhode Island’s General Assembly. Dan earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The George Washington University.
