Lisbeth Kaufman works with the firm’s energy and environment practice as well as its international clients. In addition to conducting research and monitoring pertinent legislation, she provides support to the firm’s specialists and assists on other projects. Lisbeth began her career at a consulting company in Washington, DC, where she specialized in the financial services.She joined the Podesta Group after working for a venture capital firm as the Program Director of the Agriculture 2.0 Conference, the first on the subject of investment in sustainable agriculture. Lisbeth is fluent in Mandarin and has previously served as a Fellow in Tibet, where she focused on education policy.
