Kathryn Hollister is a Staff Assistant in the personal office of Tony Podesta. In this capacity, she is responsible for assisting clients in the biotechnology, education, and energy sectors; preparing reports on congressional hearings; compiling research; and providing other support to clients and to staff members as needed. Kathryn has participated in a number of international programs focusing on grassroots activism, including in Thailand and South Africa. She also served as a primary assistant for a member of the European Parliament while in Belgium. Kathryn began her career as a Research Assistant in the Boston Municipal Research Bureau. Her campaign experience includes work on behalf of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and two Boston City Council candidates.
